For Samsung, in partnership with Matthieu Stefani, the host of France’s leading business podcast, the goal was to create a piece of branded content that felt more like entertainment than advertising.
That’s why we created The Switchers: a mini-sitcom about people terrified of changing computers.
The insight was simple: for many people, the barrier isn’t the laptop itself. It’s the small existential crisis of switching after years on another system.
So we turned that fear into a support group.
